🌴 A Walk Beneath the Arches — L’Umbracle, Valencia 🇪🇸

One of the most distinctive spots in Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences, L’Umbracle is a landscaped open-air walkway surrounded by palm trees, Mediterranean plants and striking white arches.

Stretching for around 320 metres, the structure was designed by architect Santiago Calatrava and forms part of the City of Arts and Sciences complex. Its sweeping arches create some fantastic lines and shadows, especially on a bright sunny day.
